Practice Overview:

• Hospital-employed practice with dedicated support staff (RNs, MA, receptionist)
• Clinic located next to the hospital with 3 exam rooms and Athena EMR
• Access to 5 hospital ORs with priority scheduling and Robotics access
• Referral base includes hospital-employed physicians, OB/GYN group, and multiple private practices serving a draw area of 70K-110K

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm
• Option for a 4-day work week
• Call: 10 days/month, including 1 weekend; additional call compensated
• Level III ER; phone consults typical, trauma cases transferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary with RVU bonus structure
• Sign-On Bonus + Quality Bonus
• 30 days PTO + 5 CME days with $3,000 allowance
