We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible nephrologist to join a well-established, physician-led nephrology group in Lafayette, LA. What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nephrology care across outpatient clinics, dialysis centers, and hospitals
• Participate in a manageable shared call rotation (typically 1:4 or better)
• Collaborate closely with a collegial team of nephrologists and advanced practice providers
